About:Harbin Travel

Hi I'll be visiting Harbin in december. I do not have wechat or alipay.

can I use cash to pay in street stalls and restaurants? does it accept visa or mastercard?

Oh, of course. Actually, they all accept cahs payment. Don't worry about this matter. Chinese people would use Wechat or Alipay for convenience, but it is not the only way. However, visa or master cards may not be accepted in the stalls and restaurants.
