What will be the best and fastest way from PEK T2 to West Train Station then on the way to Zhengzhou

My flight arrive at 3:05 pm and I would like to take high speed train to Zhengzhou. I was told it will take long time to get out of T2 and another long ride to train station. Is it doable? Thanks the info in advance!
