About:China Civil Aviation - Regulations & Security Check

Can I put glass bottles in hold luggage suitcase when leaving from Shanghai airport?

When I left Bejing airport in 2003 suitcases were scanned and anyone with glass bottles in their suitcase had to take them out. Is this still the case?

As I know, glass bottles can be taken on the plane. But you are advised to take them out when though the security check.
