About:Baggage Allowance for Chinese Domestic Flights

Can I bring oat into Beijing? I use it for my breakfast.

Can I bring oat which not in its original packing (meaning I only take some from the packet to bring)

Yes, you can. But you need to put them in your checked luggage.
