Visa fee for L type

What is the L type fee for a Cote-d'Ivoire passport holder traveling from the U.S. for a 14-day visit of the mainland? What would the fee be for the mainland plus Hong Kong and Macau?

Sam, a Chinese tourist L type usually costs USD 30 per person. A HK and Macau visit visas cost USD 30 per person respectively as well.
