Visa for philippine passport holders

Hello... i am a filipina married to a slovak citizen. We have 2 kids. They have eu passports except me who has a philippine passport however i have a residence permit here in slovakia. We have at least 6 hours waiting time in peking. Budapest to Peking. Peking to Budapest. Do i need to apply for a tourist visa when we only want to check outside the airport for 2hours or so before we fly to philippines?

Budapest-Peking-Budapest is not a transit, so you need to apply for a tourist L type for that in advance. But if you will travel like Budapest-Peking-Philippines-Budapest, no L type is needed for you can use 24 hour direct transit in Beijing.
