i got z visai am in china now for how many days i can stay ?

Hi, I am AJAY from India. I got Z type with 0 days validity and i moved here in china on 13 October. after coming here i have applied for residence permit and till now i have not got any news from the authority. My company who gave me employment have submitted my documents on my behalf on a website. i am so much worried because i have not got any new.I really do not have any idea that now for how many days i can stay more? do i need to go back within 30 days too?please help me out as soon as possible.Thank you so muchAjay

Hi, Ajay, after you submit the application to apply for the Chinese residence permit, the authority will give you and pick-up slip. You can stay in mainland China legally with this slip. Just wait their answer patiently, and no need to go back within 30 days. Don't worry!
