By bus: no direct one is available. You should take one to Songpan first within 6h. Then it takes around 1.5h to the scenic area.
By air: Fly to Jiuhuang Airport within 55min. Then charter a car or take shuttle bus to get there in 1-1.5h.0

No, you can’t buy it on the bus. You need to go to Chadianzi Bus Station to buy the ticket. By the way, the buses leave at 7:30 and 11:30.1
