Train from HKG to CAN airport, then flight outside China BUT layover in URC (Urumqi)

Hello,

Travelling around the world, i will be in HKG.
I want to take the train to Ghanzhou to fly from CAN
I want to fly to Baku (CZ6023), this flight stops 1h45mn in Urumqi.

Can i ask for 24h visa free procedure when i arrive in Ghanzhou ?
I can't find info on CZ6023 : domestic or international flight ? It leaves from gate A11 in CAN, does it help ?
