How much money in cel phones can i bring back home from China with out declaring?

And if i have to declare what the %?

The rules say that passengers are not allowed to bring many cell phones from China. You should declare to the customs and you are likely to be taxed if the value is over 2,000 RMB. The tax rate is 10%.
