where is the closest place to pudong airport where i can pick up my tickets i booked

I am traveling by train later that week but may not have time for collection before boarding. I do have a few hours wait in Pudong before another flight so may be a better use of time.thank you

As I know, for the collection, international travelers can only do it at the railway station booth. The cloest one should be Shanghai Railway Station, but still need around 1 hour for one way. So maybe totally 3 hours or even more time are needed.
