About:Beijing South Railway Station

Do the LED screens display the information in English too?

What about the ticket offices? Can I communicate with them in English?

You can hardly find English information on the LRD screens, but usually you can still read train number. time, platform information. Some staff at the counter can use very simple english, sometimes you can get help from other local people
