Not sure about a China Southern Airlines Routing

Hi, I am German and would like to book a trip Vietnam - Guangzhou (22 hrs layover) - Changsha (1:15hrs layover) - Germany. Is the free transit policy still applicable for this routing?

No, you need a visa to fly that routing.
