Powerbank declaration

If i declare my powerbank 20800mah while exiting china, do i need to pay tax? Thanks

Based on the policy, the capacity of powerbank within 100WH can be brought on the plane, while the capacity between 100wh and 160wh need to be well-wrapped and meet the agreement of the airline company. And it cannot be put into the checked luggage. You need to put it in your hand luggage.
