I'm staying at the onederz hostel and need to go to the airport hangzhou xiaoshan

what is the best way?

Take a taxi to Pinghai Road within 5min, then you can take the Shuttle Bus Pinghai Rd line to the airport. It takes about 1h 20 minutes by the way.
