24 hour visa free

Question

My flights to Rome,stop in Guangzhou 16h10', stop in Wuhan 1h40''(2stops total layover 17h50' one way.on way back to Sydney  also 2 stops jn Guangzhou 22h 50'plus Wuhan 1h 25'total  24h15' layover time.Csn I apply 24h direct transit free entry permit from Chinese Immigration Inspection upon arrival to China ?as this service allow multiple stops within  China.Thanks again !Betty Nham

Guangzhou prohibits passengers to leave the sterile transit zone if their transit time is under 24 hours, so the multi-stop domestic transit is also banned by Guangzhou immigration. You are not able to use the 24 hour direct transit in both ways, and you should apply for visa for that beforehand.
