hangzhou city labour bureau asked me to certify my criminal record from the chinese embassy in ghana. must i post original copy to my cousin to take to your embassy to certify it or do i scan & email original copy to your email address or to my cousin's email address to take to your embassy to certify ?? my criminal record will expire on nov 17th,2017 so i need to certify it before then. if ok, what's your embassy's email?? tanks. i graduated with a bachelors degree of business chinese from a university in hangzhou.
