About:72-Hour Visa-Free Transit

My Philippine passport expires within 6 months, will i be able to transit though Shanghai?

I will be traveling from Los Angeles, USA to Shanghai (3 hour layover) to Angeles City Philippines

There are risks travelling with less than 6 months expiry left on passports as most do not accept. It is advisable that you get professional help. Typically returning to your citizen country directly will be OK.

China does not have a 6-month validity requirement for passports.
