About:Requirements for Permanent Residence Permit

I am an overseas Chinese working in China for the past five years. Can I apply for the PR status?

Hi, if you have a Chinese spouse, it's possible for you to apply for the PR status. Otherwise, I'm afraid you cannot get it.
