About:144-Hour Visa-Free Transit

How many times a year can you have this visa -free travel?

If I fly to Shanghai for 6 days (144 hours free transit) then fly to another country, can I come back to Shanghai 2 weeks later for another 144 hours free transit and then fly back to my country?
