z visa for selfs1 for my family, some questions

Hello, I have received an approval for work permit (NOTIFICATION LETTER OF FOREIGNER’S WORK PERMIT IN THE PEOPLE’S REPUBLIC OF CHINA) for self, the notification letter does not have my dependents names mentioned in the letter, however my employer in China has issued an invite letter for me and my dependents. When I went to apply for Z category for myself and S1 for my dependents, the applications for my dependents was not accepted by the official in the visa center stating that the names have to appear in eth notification letter, what do I do now? Can the notification letter be amended? The option of me traveling first, getting a temporary residence and then inviting my dependents to China is not viable. Hi, Prabhat, you are advised to ask your employer to see if the notification letter can be amended. Besides, personally I think it's possible for you to travel first, and then invite your dependents to China after you get a temporary residence. You can have a try!
