72 hours of visa transit

Question

Hi! I am going to taiwan and I have a flight from italy to shanghai and then taipei. But in shangai I need to go from terminal 1 to terminal 2 (so I have to go to another airport). Do I need a visa or I can solve this in te italy airport? Thank you very much
