About:72-Hour Visa-Free Transit

72 hours of visa transit

Hi! I am going to taiwan and I have a flight from italy to shanghai and then taipei. But in shangai I need to go from terminal 1 to terminal 2 (so I have to go to another airport). Do I need a visa or I can solve this in te italy airport? Thank you very much

Hi, Cristina, you will qualify for the free transit in Shanghai, no visa is required and you can solve this in the Shanghai airport. But you need to inform the airline in advance that you want to use the free transit in Shanghai.
