Am from Benin.Am living in China.And my Chinese visa and my passport already expired there 24months.Now how to do.

At present, you are supposed to report your situation to the local police station, and then pay the fine CNY500 per day; the capped amount won’t exceed CNY10,000, or accept other penalties. Afterwards, you can apply for an exit pass to leave China.
