About:Policy for Foreigners with Immediate Family Living in China

My children live n study in china with their dad

But we as parents are divorced yet I want to go and check on my children what am I supposed to do to get the visa?

Hi, you can try to apply for a tourist L type for that. First, you need to provide a filled-out application form affixed with a passport-style photo, your passport and its photocopy, round trip air tickets and hotel reservation. Then, go to the China embassy to submit the application.
