jw202 was rejected today because they said i already have a jw202 from another school.

my jw202 was rejected today because they said i already have a jw202 from another school in the same province.i got admission to the other.school but didnt go for some reasons.i just have eight days left now..can the other school cancel their jw202 so that this school can submit for me?
