Do you think we can buy the tickets for the first bullet train at 7.30am on the 4 Nov on 3 Nov at the main railway station in Hangzhou?

It is a little hard to say if the seats can be fully booked. It would be better if you check the availability often online when the date is approaching. If there are only limited seats left, you can book online in advance. If not, it is no problem to do it at the main station in Hangzhou
