What are the peak times for arrival at Hong Kong airport where the immigration queues are longest?

I am going to arrive in the morning around 10am and I want to know if there will be a delay when I go to immigration because of the long queues

As I know, around 10:00 am, 16:00-19:00 are the peak times especially on weekends and holidays.
