About:144-Hour Visa-Free Transit

Pre & Post stays after a cruise

We are going on a 14 day Southeast Asia cruise that will begin in Shanghai & go to 4 different Chinese cities. We will be in those cities for a total of about 48 hrs. The rest of the time we will be visiting Thailand, Vietnam or be at sea. If we want to arrive 1 day before the cruise & stay 2 days after the cruise - do we need to get visas?

Hi, if you will travel like USA-Shanghai, Zhejiang and Jiangsu(6 days)-one of the southeast Asia country, you can enjoy 144 hour free transit. No visa is required then. Nice trip!
