Buy ticket online or on the station before departure

Which one better, buy ticket online or on the station before departure?
is it long queue and difficult to buy it on the station?
i can't speak chinese.

I think it mainly depends on availability. If there are still many seat available, both ways are OK. If limited seats left, ot would be better to obtain one online in advance.
