About:72-Hour Visa-Free Transit

Flying from mexico-singapore-beijing-singapore-mexico. We need visa or only with the 72 hours free transit?

You need a visa for Singapore-Beijing-Singapore is not a transit and cannot make use of the 72 hours free transit.
