transport from lantian hotel to garden inn after midnight

Question

(A group of 19 reaching Lijiang Airport at 1AM on Dec 25) We understand that there's shuttle at that timing till Lantian hotel. But if we were to stay at Garden Inn (quite a distance away from lantian), are there taxis readily available at that timing to transfer us? And if so, do you have a rough gauge of the fare? Is your hotel in 7 Wanmiao Lane Beimen Street, Gucheng District? if yes, as I know, it’s not far from Lantian Hotel, about 2km east to Liantian Hotel. As I know, the taxi is available at night and it costs around CNY20.
