I happen to know a hotel- Enjoy Your Life in 151 Laoyinshao, Fenghuang County.

I‘d recommend the Longge Milan Bieyuan (米兰别院) to you. It is near Huilongge Ancient Street. By staying there can you overlook the view of the town.
