Invitation Letter must contains details of applicant

Hi, I am a Malaysia passport holder and live in Singapore.
I am going to attend an exhibition in china.
One of the visa application requirements is to provide invitation letter.
Does anyone know the invitation letter must be contain the details of applicants and so?
