About:Year of the Sheep / Goat

My friend’s birthday is 10/18/1967. He seems to be going through a rough patch.

What can he do to smooth things out? Is he compatible with someone born on 7/17/73?

Your friend should wait until next year and his troubles will be over. He won’t get along with someone born in the year of the Water Ox. His yearly element was Fire, and the Water of the Ox person will dampen down his spirits. This arrangement won’t work. It is similar to Emperor Napoleon of France and his Empress Josephine in the 1800’s. They had to divorce. I wish them good luck.
