Welcoming a Chinese Guest

I work as a concierge in an Inn that has many guests from China visiting their children they've housed in one of the few local boarding schools.

Sometimes the language barrier is thick, but manageable. What are some ways I can further express a warm welcoming?

Well, actually, the luggage barrier won't influence a lot. If you wanna express a warm welcoming, you can just look at the guests and smile. Or you can also help them and take the luggage. :)
