About:How to Collect a Train Ticket

train ticket pick up from Guangzhou to Hong Kong

can you pick up Guangzhou to Hong Kong trip ticket at the railway station in Guangzhou?
some sites say that you can't and some say that you can.. very confusing..

As I know you cannot collected it at the stations. You buy it direct there or you need to have it delivered by express to you.
