You can apply for a business M type for the trip, first, you need to prepare the required documents including passport and its photocopy, the application form, passport-style photo, residence permit in there, and an invitation letter from your business partner and the invitation letter of duly authorized unit. Next, submit the application to the Chinese Visa Office.
