i am a snake, born in june, 3rd (1989). thank you!

I know this year is supposed to be good for me career wise and in fact it has been good so far due to my perseverance and extremely hard work. however i feel that my career improvements have been progressing slowly to the point that I actually feel drained and a little unmotivated once it’s getting hard for me to figure out if all my efforts and sacrifices will indeed bring good fortune and luck in a near future (something I really need)! can you help me understand what the future holds for me in this sense?
