About:72-Hour Visa-Free Transit

Visiting Great Wall. Will we need a visa?

We are U.S. citizens, arriving PEK 19:30 on November 5 on Hainan Airlines, leaving 06:50 November 8, which is well within the strict 72 hour rule. We are planning on visiting the Great Wall.

You are allowed to travel to Badging and Mutianyu on the great wall, both are within the Beijing area.
