Maybe you refer to Lixingzhe Hostel in 111 Xi Street, Licheng District?
If so, you can take Bus K602 to Kaiyuansi Ximen (West Gate of Kaiyuan Temple), which takes about 30 minutes and CNY3. After that, walk south along the road for about 3 minutes and turn left at the first crossing, walk east for about 3 minutes, you will get there.0

You should get off at Peiyuan Zhongxue and walk north along North Kaiyuan Rd for 3mins, you will get there.0
