pick up tickets from any railway station?

Question

Can I pick up my booked train tickets from Guangzhou to Lhasa from any railway station in China? Or do I have to pick them up at Guangzhou railway station? Thank you in advance

Any railway Station in mainland. But if you do it in other cities, there should be extra CNY5 per person charged by the station as their handling fee.
