Personally, it is best to go by high speed train. Although it needs a transfer, things are easy to handle. Take the train to Wenzhou South, and change to another one to Lishui. The whole way takes no more than 3h. Coach can be also taken if you wish to. Many buses are available at local Passenger Transport Center at Tongda Road. It will take 4-4.5h to Lishui.
