Is the internships including to the work experience proof

I have bachelor degree and 2 years experience including internships , iand my hotel give me a job offer , is that ok for apply for working Z ? Is the government count the internships or it depends the province such as WUxi city ?! Thank you

If it's a paid internship, it may be considered as the work experience proof. Otherwise, I'm afraid it cannot be the proof.

Thank you , I have been heard that WUxi city is very strict in the Visa issue, and even you provide the correct documents with 2 years experience and bachelor degree, you still be not sure to get the working Z is that true ?
