Transit Visa for Lisbon/Beijing/Hong Kong/Lisbon

Hi,
I have a Portuguese passport (Portugal) and am planning a trip between Lisbon/Beijing/Hong Kong/Lisbon. Can I apply for the 72hr free transit in Beijing? Thank you
