About:Tax Refund

Are Customs 24-Hour open?

Hi, I am leaving the country early in the morning, and I would like to know, if the customs are available at 7am at the Airport. Thanks!

Would you mind provide the airport you leave? And do you wanna know the service hour of Tax Refund Service Center or the service hours of airport custom?

I am leaving from Peking Intl. Airport. My question is if Customs are available 24 hours. I see that the Tax Refund is 24 hours open, but because I need the stamp of the customs, I want to know if they are there all the time.
