About:240-Hour Visa-Free Transit

LONDON-SHANGHAI-HANOI.....HANOI-SHANGHAI-LONDON

LONDON-SHANGHAI-HANOI...then...HANOI-SHANGHAI-LONDON

Is this OK for the 144hr free transit each time we arrive in Shanghai?
