I'm a horse Aquarius 90 and she's a libra dog 94. What can you tell me about our relationship?

Will it last? Is she worth buckling down?

With a bit of fine-tuning, your relationship can last for ever and a day. The only problem I could see is the fact that your yearly element was Metal and her yearly element was Wood. And Metal cuts wood. You will sometimes bring her a loss, without even intending to do that. Our table of Compatibility shows that Horse and Dog have an average relationship.
