I am a female born on 6th April 1989, 20:00 East Europe time..

I am a female born on 6th April 1989, 20:00 East European time. I live in the UK with my partner, he was born on 30th July 1993 in the same country in East Europe.
We have been living here for 2 years already, and we have plans to build our future here in this new country - university studies, loan/mortgage for buying a house, and even a company to start on our own.
What outcomes can our plans possibly have?
What is the best time to apply this, when can we be most prone to succeed?

I really do think that these past couple of years have been great for me! I feel that things that I have waited for a long time have materialised.
