Hourly Charged Passenger Lounge at Guangzhou Airport

Hi,
I am transiting at Baiyun airport for few hours and I saw this hourly charged passenger lounge in the airport. Is the location of this lounge inside or outside security? I mean if I am transiting at the airport (international to international) and not passing through immigration/custom, can I reach the lounge? My passport requires me to have a transit visa which I do not have time to apply if I am going to pass immigration/custom.

As I know, the lounge is outside the security, which means you can’t rest there. You can have a rest in the Transit Hall, but I was told there were just some chairs provided.
