You are suggested to stay in Shanghai, and it takes about 30 minutes by bullet train from Shanghai to both Suzhou and Jiaxing (Xitang).
Day 01: You are suggested to stay near Hongqiao Railway Station, from where you can take the train. The rest of day you can pay a visit to Nanjing Road by metro line 2.
Day 02-03: Take a bullet train to Suzhou, and then you can take Bus 178/202 to Suzhou Museum. After getting there, walk east for 3 minutes to Lion Grove, from where you can take the tourist bus to most of the attractions, including The Humble Administrator's Garden, Tiger Hill, Shantang Street, Guantang Street, Xuanmiao Temple, God of the City Temple, Pavilion of Surging Waves, Fengqiao Bridge, Hanshan Temple and Lingering Garden.
Note: Two days are suggested to be spent in Suzhou, you can return to Shanghai or stay in Suzhou for 1 night.
Day 4: Take a bullet train to Jiaxing South. Then take bus 95 to Jiaxing Station and transfer to bus 11, and then do another transfer to bus 152 at Yueliagtan Shatan. Get off at Cuinan Village, you will see Xitang Ancient Town. After that, you can take a current bus from Xitang Bus Station to Wuzhen, which takes about 50 minutes and CNY23.
Day 05: Take metro line 2 to Nanjing Road and walk to the Bund & Huangpu River, and then walk south for about 20 minutes to Yuyuan Garden. After that, take a taxi to Oriental Pearl TV Tower.
Day 06: Take metro line 10 and transfer to line 8 at Laoximen, and then get off at Dashijie. Then you can take Huzhu High Speed Bus to Zhujiajiao. It takes about 70 minutes and CNY11.
